PROJECT BRIEF
The aim of the smart metering project at the NCA towers was to provide an all inclusive and accurate system for billing tenants and all other users of the building based on their respective energy consumption. This was to alleviate the problem of billing the occupants of the space based on fixed rates.
SCOPE OF WORK
- A total of twenty seven(27) energy meters were installed and interconnected to the XPro software
- The software allows for the billing of consumption of both the mains and generator supply separately
- The meters were installed across all 10 floors of the building and cover all distinct areas of the building
