DESIGN, MANUFACTURING SUPPLY & INSTALLATION WORKS FOR GHANA ELECTRICAL PROJECT

Project Brief

In June 2017, PPA and YARA met to discuss project implementation plan for their new production facility in Tema. After discussions and design works, PPA received the contract to commence work in February 2018. This Project was aimed at design, manufacturing, supply and Installation works for Ghana Electrical Project for fertilizer Manufacturing Plant -Tema. It included the supply and installation of hardware such as MLV Panels, Automatic Transfer Switches, Power Factor Correction Panel, Earthing works, Transformer and Metering panel as well as supply and installation of Cable trays, Cables, Lights and Emergency System. The entire system was tested, commission and project document including as built drawings was handed over to client.

COCA COLA - DESIGN, SUPPLY & INSTALLATION OF THREE INPUT 4000A SYNCHRONISING PANEL

The objective of the project was to upgrade the main switch board (utility panel) consisting of 2 No. utility sources, 3 No. Diesel generators.

LINCOLN COMMUNITY SCHOOL - SOLAR PROJECT

The system consists of the mounting & installation of solar modules on both flat roofs & rooftops which demand very meticulous adherence to high safety standards to avert injury & damage to equipment.

DVLA TEMA REGIONAL OFFICE - SOLAR PROJECT

Process and Plant Automation Limited won a tender issued by the Driver and Vehicle Licensing to undertake a pilot solar PV power system installation at its Tema Regional Office.

ATWEA MOUNTAINS PRAYER CAMP - SOLAR PROJECT

We undertook the installation of a 22.32kWp Off-Grid Solar PV Power System at the Atwea Mountains Prayer Camp.

WILMAR - INTEGRATION & AUTOMATION OF VYNCKE BOILER

In June 2016, Process and Plant Automation was engaged on a project for Ghana Specialty Fats Limited - a Wimar Company for Integration and Automation of Boiler System.

JUABEN OIL MILLS - PLANT PRODUCTION MASS BALANCE

On the 6th of July 2018 Automation Solution Limited (ASL) commenced a project on Energy Metering Solution at Juaben Oil Mills Limited.

NCA Towers - SMART METERING

The aim of the smart metering project at the NCA towers was to provide an all inclusive and accurate system for billing tenants and all other users of the building based on their respective energy consumption.

Building Management System - THE BANK HOSPITAL

The Building Management System (BMS) provides an all-in-one information and control centre for all critical load and equipment in the building.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION WORKS FOR PREMIUM FOODS

The factory is located at Kwaso in the Ashanti region of Ghana. It is a grain storage and processing facility that is capable of storing 16800 tons of grain including rice, maize, wheat and soyabeans.
